Role Description:

• Activity: Pushing a resident in their wheelchair outside for fresh air and conversation.
• Engagement: Engage in one-sided conversation and appreciate smiles, as the resident is non-verbal.
• Duration: Weekly commitment of 30 minutes.
• Purpose: Provide companionship and social interaction for the resident, enhancing their well-being and quality of life.

Requirements:

• Ability to push a wheelchair comfortably.
• Friendly demeanor and willingness to engage in conversation.
• Empathy and understanding of non-verbal communication.
