Share your time and companionship during fortnightly visits with an elderly lady living in Avondale Heights.

Visits may be spent talking or sharing in a simple leisure activity together. Your regular visits can make a real and positive difference in the life of this lady - reducing social isolation and improving well-being.

Volunteers receive training, orientation, ongoing support, travel reimbursement and invitations to meetings together with other visiting volunteers.

This volunteer role is part of the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS) which if funded by the Australian Government.
