This volunteer opportunity will help to assist in the running of all aspects of a retail shop to directly fund our 24-hour crisis support line. Your few hours of volunteering can and will help save lives!

Bring your energy to help with donations, shop presentation and point of sale. We welcome volunteers with a customer-first mindset to join our team.

In this role, you’ll assist customers, stock and organise items, maintain a clean and tidy shop, and support daily operations. It’s ideal for friendly, reliable people who enjoy working with others and learning new skills — while making a meaningful contribution to our mission and community.

Our Beaudesert store is New and only recently opened. There is a staffroom and toilets available for staff. There is a store Supervisor and Volunteers.

What you’ll be doing:

▪ Unpacking

▪ Pricing,

▪ Displaying homewares and clothing,

▪ Greeting and assisting customers

▪ Cleaning and organising the store,

▪ Creating seasonal displays,

▪ Other duties assigned by the shop supervisor.
