This volunteer opportunity will help to provide valuable support to our teams who are responsible for operating and managing the Lifeline Shops, which play a crucial role in raising funds for our organisation’s mission and helping to improve the lives of those in need within our community.

As a volunteer in this role, you will serve and interact with customers at Lifeline Shops, assisting with tasks such as stocking, organising, maintaining shop presentation, and providing customer service. This role suits people who enjoy working with others, are keen to learn, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Your contribution will help support our mission and make a positive impact in the community.

Located in West Ipswich within the Homebase Centre, our Ipswich Central store is led by a Store Supervisor and supported by a dedicated volunteer team. The Centre also includes a range of other businesses such as a chemist, IGA, café, pet shop (with vet and grooming services), Spotlight and more.
