As an On-the-Day Cruise Ship Welcome Volunteer, you will be the friendly face of Exmouth, ensuring passengers disembarking from cruise vessels feel warmly welcomed and informed. You will provide essential visitor information, guide guests to local attractions, and help them navigate transportation options. Your role will also involve assisting with passenger wellbeing by providing shade, seating, and water, as well as supporting the Exmouth CCI with logistical tasks to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warm Welcome: Greet passengers disembarking from cruise vessels with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Visitor Information: Distribute local guides and maps, offering information about attractions, dining, and activities in Exmouth.
• Transportation Assistance: Help passengers locate the free town shuttle bus and Shore Excursion Tours in the marina.
• Wellbeing Support: Provide shade, seating, and water to passengers to ensure their comfort and safety.
• Setup and Pack Down: Assist the Exmouth CCI with setting up and packing down the welcome marquee.
• Feedback Collection: Circulate guest feedback surveys to gather insights for improving future experiences.
