1:1 Support Volunteer

Responsibilities encompass:
- Offering direct support to individuals with disabilities, both in home and community environments, with the goal of promoting their well-being, fostering social relationships, and enhancing community engagement to support people to reach their full potential.
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and young people in your care.
- Cultivating positive and friendly relationships with participants, their families, informal support networks, staff, and community organisations.
- Maintaining clear, responsive, and professional communication with all relevant parties involved in the support process.
