Beresfield Community Care (BCC) is a not-for-profit In-Home Community Care Provider. We have clients living across the Maitland and Newcastle LGA.

BCC is looking for drivers to transport clients to attend shopping and/or appointments. The role delivers a door-to-door service, including assisting clients from their front door and into/out of the vehicle. In addition to the transport, the service provides highly valued incidental social interaction with our clients.

As a volunteer, you will need to:

• Be physically fit—able to assist clients in and out of the vehicle as required. Drivers may also be required to assist with walkers, wheelchairs, and the like.
• You will be courteous, have a sense of humour and good communication skills.
• You will need a current driver's Licence and have your own well-maintained, comprehensively insured vehicle.

Uniform and PPE provided. Out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed.
