Key Responsibilities
👥 Lead and support a small group of residents in sewing activities.
🎨 Plan and introduce creative projects that are achievable and engaging.
🧵 Assist with threading, machine use, and adjusting tension settings.
🤝 Encourage social interaction and a supportive environment.
🧼 Maintain a tidy sewing space before and after sessions.
🔄 Liaise with the Lifestyle Team on materials, preferences, and scheduling.
Skills & Attributes
🧶 Confidence with sewing machines and basic techniques.
👓 Ability to adapt projects for older adults with varying abilities.
