Digital Literacy Programs Assistant (Kwinana)

By volunteering for Tech-Time, you will help create a supportive and engaging environment for attendees, making their experience enjoyable and productive. Volunteers will collect and compile data on program attendance, participant feedback, and learning outcomes. Greet participants warmly as they arrive for Tuesday morning sessions, required 10am to 11.30am. Accurately take attendance and maintain records of participants. Record participants' learning needs and any requests for technical support, working with other volunteers and the Digital Literacy Officer to ensure they are addressed promptly.
