Willunga and Districts Returned Services League

The Willunga and Districts RSL sub-branch is registered as a voluntary work organisation with Centrelink. We are looking for a volunteer who would like to work with us to meet their 15 hours a week mutual obligation to access their Jobseeker payment. The ideal person needs to be prepared to do the following:

  • Assist our bar staff with ordering bar stock (alcohol, soft drinks, snacks etc) from our suppliers, and restocking the bar during the week.
  • Conduct weekly stocktakes of bar stock.
  • Being the second bar staff person on Wednesdays from 3pm to 6pm and Friday nights from 4pm until close at 8pm.
  • Vacuuming and de-cobwebbing the clubrooms and cleaning the clubroom toilets twice weekly (Wednesdays from 1pm to 3pm and Fridays from 2pm to 4pm before the clubroom opens for members).
  • Sweeping and de-cobwebbing the pergola area and wiping down the outside table and BBQ on Wednesdays before 3 pm opening and Fridays before 4pm opening.
  • Setting out the RSL sub-branch flag at 3pm on Wednesdays and 4pm and bringing it back in after closing at 6pm on Wednesdays and 8pm on Fridays.
  • Other duties as directed by the Sub-Branch Vice-President.
