Are you interested in volunteering at the Fight Cancer Foundation Recycle shop?
We are seeking friendly volunteers to assist in our Recycle shop in Drysdale to help support people needing care treatment and accommodation while undergoing life saving treatment for cancers.
If you are willing to assist this worthy cause by volunteering at our Recycle shop in Drysdale you will be requested to maintain the level of service and presentation providing customer service in a retail environment desired by our organisation.
Tasks include:
- Sorting and displaying of donated items for resale to the community.
- Providing friendly and helpful service to all customers.
- Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions efficiently.
- Help with selling a wide range of new and pre-loved items to the public.
- Displaying and rotating merchandise to keep the store fresh and inviting.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and clutter-free store environment for the safety of everyone.
- Helping with receiving, sorting, and pricing donated goods.
Regular flexible hours and days are available to fit in with your availability. If you have a regular half day spare you are also most welcome.
