Volunteer for Waverley Park Homestead Art Exhibition

The Waverley Park Homestead at Willunga hosts an ongoing exhibition called Our District: Willunga District’s Built Heritage Art as well as holds 4 temporary exhibitions annually (each of three months duration). In addition, the Homestead conducts a regular program of openings, talks, monthly art classes run by local artists, workshops, craft and folk music sessions and provides local community groups with a venue for meetings, events and activities. The exhibitions are curated by our Curator as well as a team of volunteers with the gallery open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 4pm. You will be working with one other, usually an Acting Manager. You will also need to be willing to be registered as a Volunteer with the Willunga National Trust and submit to having a Working with Children and Police Check done (free of charge for volunteers).
