DESK RESEARCHER - PRO BONO

As a charity, Streetwork must be focused about where we invest our time. Well-researched company profiles help us better understand potential corporate partners, identify genuine opportunities, and approach businesses in a more informed and strategic way.

Your work will enable our corporate fundraising to be targeted - creating more time and money to for us to support vulnerable young people. You will work closely with the Strategic Partnerships Manager and Corporate Partnerships lead and will be an integral part of the team.

Typically you will complete three types of research: a) identify organisations that meet the majority our corporate partner criteria (provided)
b) assess a list of companies against the partnership criteria and c) deep dive research into promising partner organisations using the template provided.

You will gather the information from multiple sources - everything from head office address, company culture, values and executive profiles to strategic priorities and financial statements. While AI and internet search are useful tools, validation and assessment of information gathered is also required.

You must be able to research thorough and accurate information from multiple sources, follow the template provided and meet agreed deadlines. Business or administration experience would be useful.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete an initial company profile to gain a good understanding the nature and scope of work better before committing.
