Nonna’s Cucina is a home meal delivery service dedicated to providing wholesome, delicious meals to people who need a helping hand. We’re looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to join our friendly team and help make each delivery day run smoothly.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is organised, friendly, reliable and passionate about community service. You’ll play an important role in supporting our amazing volunteer drivers and helping ensure our clients receive their meals safely and on time.

What you’ll be doing

Welcoming and supporting volunteers before they head out on their runs

Communicating with drivers and clients to answer questions and resolve any issues with our office

Providing encouragement and practical support to our volunteer team

Helping create a positive, welcoming environment for everyone involved

What we’re looking for We’d love to hear from someone who:

Is organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks

Has excellent communication and people skills

Enjoys working with and supporting volunteers

Can stay calm and solutions-focused when things get busy

Is reliable, approachable and friendly

Has a genuine passion for helping others and giving back to the community
