Join the Vinnies team and fight poverty and homelessness in QLD. Every week, just 4 hours of your time can make a real difference. No experience? No problem - we'll train you. By volunteering in our Retail Stores, you'll support the St Vincent de Paul Society's mission to change lives.

As a retail volunteer, you'll:

  • Give customers a great shopping experience
  • Sort and price donations to raise crucial funds
  • Create eye-catching displays to showcase our stock
  • Process sales efficiently using our point-of-sale system
  • Keep our store and sorting area clean, safe, and tidy

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A friendly, approachable attitude and a passion for helping others
  • Respect for everyone, regardless of their situation
  • Flexibility and a team-focused mindset
