Company Secretary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced volunteer Company Secretary to join our board and play a critical role in ensuring the organisation’s compliance with governance and regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing ed-tech nonprofit making a difference in the lives of hundreds of disadvantaged students across Australia.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the organisation complies with its statutory obligations, including reporting to regulatory bodies such as the ACNC.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, governance documents, and board resolutions.

Advise the board on legal, regulatory, and governance matters.

Organise board meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure the timely distribution of material

Oversee updates to organisational policies and governance frameworks.

Detail-oriented and highly organised, with excellent administrative skills.
