Permaculture Northern Beaches (PNB) is a local group on Sydney's Northern Beaches encouraging the community on a pathway to sustainability. PNB is committed to the principle and practice of ecological sustainability. We aim to achieve this through educating ourselves and others by sharing experience, knowledge and practical skills. Our guiding ethics are ‘Earth care, People care, and Fair share’.

The PNB Events Lead:

  • Coordinates the selection, planning and running of stalls and similar educational and promotional opportunities for the group. This includes organising volunteer rosters for PNB events.

  • Plans and coordinates the International Permaculture Day (IPD) activities in May each year, with good support from an IPD subcommittee.

This opportunity will introduce you to a community of locals with a purpose of sharing knowledge, resources, hands-on experience and friendship. The events person helps with the reach of PNB as an organisation. Each volunteer of PNB is greatly appreciated for their contribution, as they enjoy the benefits of learning, building skills, and connecting with amazing like-minded individuals.

If this sounds like the volunteer role for you, please send your CV and cover letter, or inquiries through to: [email protected]
