As our Volunteer HR Support Officer, you will:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new volunteers.
- Maintain and update volunteer records and HR documentation.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and assistance to volunteers with questions or concerns.
- Organise and manage volunteer engagement activities to boost morale.
- Help resolve any volunteer issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate volunteer performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure a positive volunteer experience.
Skills and Experience Needed:
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience or studies in HR, administration, or people management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A passion for working with people and making a difference.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
