Activities Assistant

Purpose: to provide opportunity for social interaction for residents, to encourage cognitive and physical stimulation, to have fun. Duties: attend weekly programmed activities. Assist with reminding, directing and returning residents to and from area of activity, assist residents to engage/participate. Essential Criteria: patience, sense of humour, self initiation, initiate interactions, maintain conversations. Skills appreciated: art/singing/music/sport/general knowledge/creating/dancing/humour.
