Sing-a-long Facilitator

To provide opportunity for emotional support for residents, to encourage reminiscence, have fun, create opportunity for social interaction/engagement.

Provide a sing-a-long activity- initiate/ lead the songs, encourage participation/engagement.

Essential; Patience, sense of humour, self initiation,, initiate interactions and maintain conversations. Previous musical background.
