Volunteer Guide, Grossmann & Brough Houses, Maitland - #223285

The role will include:

*Guiding small groups of visitors on approx 1-hour long tours

*Tailoring tours to suit the diverse needs, interests and abilities of our visitors

*Working as a part of a team to deliver tours to tour groups

*Staying up to date with current historical research by attending training and reading relevant books and articles .

Training *Guidance on the content and delivery of house tours *On-the-job training in tour delivery and customer service. *Guidance on providing a positive visitor experience during special events and exhibitions. Ongoing support fellow volunteers.
