The Key Responsibilities for the role are:

• General handyman and carpentry tasks

• Equipment maintenance

• Gardening and grounds upkeep

• Small repairs such as fixing hinges, changing lights, addressing leaking taps

• Painting and general facility upkeep

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in handyman work, carpentry, or light maintenance (retired tradesmen are welcome)
