Your role in our Catering team is to provide meals and refreshments for emergency services personnel from our custom catering trucks. Under the direction of the SAES Site Team Leader, you will assist with meals service tasks, preparation, operation, continuous set up and clean up in an emergency catering environment.

We provide our services statewide, 24 hr a day, 7 days a week. We respond to incidents all over the state, sometimes interstate as well, depending on the resources available. We require a large volunteer pool. Some of the jobs a volunteer may be required to do is cook food on one of our trucks, serve food, drive the truck to an incident, assist in cleaning the truck after a job, help with meal preparation at our warehouse in Malaga, etc. There are numerous tasks to suit a variety of volunteers.
