Family Ambassador PCH

Duties will include but not be restricted to:

• Be a welcoming and positive face to families. • Provide a tour and inductions to new arrivals. Noting for evening shift, will provide a room key as well. • Answers questions about amenities and services offered within PCH and surrounding areas. • Manage general housekeeping of communal areas, i.e. kitchen and dining area. • Stock-take and obtain supplies from the Nedlands House. • Manage the laundry, transferring loads as required and folding clothes. • Strip a room when a family has checked out. Room checks and audit of vacant rooms prior to a new arrival. • Ad-hoc duties as required. • At all times be a positive ambassador for RMHC WA.
