Social Connections Volunteer - Meals on Wheels SA - WISE Program

The WISE Volunteer will facilitate the delivery of a range of social connection supports, with individuals and groups either in the home or community settings. All activities encourage older people to remain active, independent, and living in the community, while reducing isolation and loneliness. Roles undertaken by volunteers include Host of activities, Navigator of information and resources, Communication specialist, and Friendly Visitor.
