Tutor - Homework Club

Homework Club Project provides opportunities for families and carers to be actively involved in their child’s learning and encourages young people of African heritage to build confidence in their learning journey, self-development and life skills. The Volunteer Tutor will assist with: ● the Homework Club program based at Dandenong North Primary, Lyndale Secondary College & Lyndale Greens Primary three times per week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 3:00pm - 5:00pm. ● taking the students on excursions after school, for example Moonlight Sanctuary, bowling, iMax cinema etc. ● the School Holiday Program for one week school holiday program every School Holiday break (Term 1, 2, 3 & 4). You will report to the Project Coordinator Victorian African Communities Action Plan Homework Club who will provide support and supervision.
