**About the Role: **We’re looking for friendly, community-minded volunteers with a range of interests and skills to join us as Shop/Warehouse assistants! If you enjoy meeting people, keeping busy, and making a positive impact, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing: ✨ Providing friendly, helpful customer service at the front counter and on the shop floor ✨ Sorting, pricing and storing donated goods for future sale ✨ Provide guidance to participants in store activities and encouraging their engagement ✨ Replenishing stock and rotating items as needed ✨ Supporting fellow volunteers and working as a team ✨Create visually enticing displays with available merchandise ✨Working together to ensure a clean and safe store environment What you’ll be doing:
**About You: ** ✔ You have strong communication skills and basic technology skills (phones and email) ✔ You bring a mature, friendly, and professional approach to customer service ✔ You’re passionate about giving back and being part of the community ✔ You’re flexible and happy to commit a few hours to a great cause. ✔ Knowledge of fashion, antiques or collectables desirable, but not essential.
