Volunteer Office Reception

Duties include:
- Attending to walk-in enquiries
- Answering the phone
- Taking program bookings and payments
- Marking program attendances
- Managing volunteer records
- Setting up tables and chairs for group programs
- Other general House admin or maintenance tasks.
You will need to be confident with talking to people, be organised and be willing to learn new online systems.
