In your role as a Community Support Ambassador, one of your primary responsibilities will be to serve as a gate attendant. You will assist in collecting entry fees and diligently check off players on the official list, ensuring an efficient and friendly entry process. Your attentiveness in this role is essential for maintaining an orderly arrival experience for our community members.

Beyond your ticketing duties, you will be actively involved in cleaning and organising the kiosk area, where fans gather to enjoy refreshments during matches. This includes clearing tables of glasses and rubbish, making certain that the space remains clean and enjoyable for all patrons. Your efforts will help create a pleasant atmosphere, encouraging fans to return and support the team.

Maintaining the cleanliness of the grandstands is another key aspect of your role. You will be responsible for ensuring that all seating areas are tidy and welcoming, as well as picking up any litter throughout the venue. Additionally, before the start of games, you will assist with pitch setup, which involves placing goals and verifying that the playing area is safe and ready for the teams. Your proactive approach to these responsibilities will help ensure that our matches run smoothly and that players can perform at their best.
