Knox Infolink operates through a unique two entry service model, designed to ensure improved accessibility to support for all individuals and families facing hardship or crisis in Knox:

The Emergency Relief Office and The Boronia Community Breakfast Program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform Live Music: Play music that creates a warm and inclusive environment for guests.
• Engage and Encourage Participation: Invite guests to sing along or participate in music-making activities.
• Facilitate Guest Performances: Encourage and support guests with musical skills and instruments to perform alongside the volunteer musician.
• Create a Positive Atmosphere: Contribute to a welcoming, enjoyable, and supportive space for all guests.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work cooperatively with Breakfast Program staff and volunteers to ensure a positive experience for guests.
• Guest Engagement: Welcome and engage guests in a warm and friendly manner, fostering relationship-building through informal communication.
