Memberships Coordinator

About the Role
The Memberships Coordinator at Latin Community Hub (LCH) is crucial in building and maintaining an active membership base. This internal-facing position involves significant PR touchpoints with individuals, families, and organisational members. Key responsibilities include recruiting new members, overseeing renewals, tracking membership data, and promoting LCH's events and initiatives. Excellent communication skills are essential for attracting members and driving participation. The role also involves collaboration with the Finance Officer and other team members to ensure the success of LCH’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
• Communication: Use approved social media channels to interact with potential and current members, and promote LCH’s events, initiatives, and opportunities.
• Community Engagement: Attract and retain members who align with the organisation’s values.
• Data Management: Perform regular administrative tasks involving general data entry, records update and response to common membership enquiries.
• Events Management: Actively assist and participate in events and activities that foster community and strengthen member relationships.

• Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in a volunteer management role within a non-profit setting.

• Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate our message will be highly regarded.
