Looking to make a real impact and brighten someone’s day? Westhaven Aged Care Community in Footscray is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help run our Men's Group. A chance to connect, share stories, and support some truly remarkable older men in our community.
By volunteering, you'll help reduce isolation and provide meaningful companionship, whether it’s;
- Enjoying laid-back chats with an older male about anything from hobbies to life experiences or current events
- Playing a game of cards
- Engaging in fun activities like board games, reading, or even woodwork projects
- Taking a stroll through the beautiful gardens or simply
- Sharing in meaningful moments that brighten someone's day
