Visitor Experience & Gift Shop Host

As a Visitor Experience & Gift Shop Host, you’ll:

• Greet and engage visitors from all walks of life.
• Help visitors make the most of their visit
• Promote and answer questions about our gift shop products
• Help keep the gift shop attractive and well-stocked
• Support stocktaking at the end of each month
• Assist with general duties around the property, including guest services and tidiness

You'll be part of a small friendly team that values teamwork, initiative, and great customer service. Whether you enjoy working independently or alongside others, this role offers a rewarding and enjoyable way to make a difference on our community.
