We are looking for the following:
PRESIDENT Responsible for ensuring the club sets and meets its goals and objectives, is administered according to the Club Rules, and completes all legal and compliance obligations. Chairs the club’s committee meetings and attends Peel Hockey Association’s club delegates meetings.
VICE PRESIDENT Assists the President in accordance with the Club Rules. Undertakes the duties and responsibilities of the President if the President becomes unavailable for any reason.
SECRETARY Responsible for the collection and dissemination of information between committee members, Peel Hockey Association and their committees, and outside agencies. Organises committee meetings & distributes meeting agendas and minutes. Ensures the club is run according to these core requirements for the purposes of complying with the Club Rules and Incorporated Associations Act.
TREASURER Responsible for ensuring the committee is empowered to manage the financial affairs of the club. To ensure that all financial transactions are recorded in the club’s accounts and producing the club’s financial reports for presentation to the committee, the members at the AGM, as well as complying with all financial reporting obligations contained in the Club Rules and Incorporated Associations Act.
