We are seeking dedicated individuals to assist with one of the following:
SCHOOLS COORDINATOR Responsible for managing and coordinating the club’s School Clinics and 'Taster Clinics' & Come & Try Days. Recruits volunteer coaches with committee support, conducts inductions and education sessions for new volunteers, and collaborates with local schools to provide hockey opportunities for teachers and students.
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR Manages the club’s Facebook and Instagram, collaborating with the Secretary and Registrar to share information that promotes the club's vision and attracts new members.
FUNDRAISING & EVENTS COORDINATOR Coordinates the club’s social and fundraising activities, including recruiting subcommittees for successful implementation.
UNIFORM/PROPERTY COORDINATOR Oversees the acquisition, distribution, maintenance, and inventory of the club's uniforms, sportswear, and equipment. Ensures safe operation and longevity of items. Manages member orders and payments through the club's online shop (revSPORT) and coordinates inventory for Club Stocktakes.
UMPIRE COORDINATOR/S Responsible for coordinating umpiring rosters, allocations, and payments. Supports and mentors club officials while promoting the development of senior and junior players, including the Junior Development Umpire Program.
JUNIOR REPRESENTATIVE/S – Junior Coordinator Oversee the coordination and management of the club's Junior competition teams, liaising with team representatives and players. Attend Peel Hockey Association Junior Committee meetings, offering feedback to the club after these and other meetings on behalf of all Junior Team Representatives.
