Administrative Volunteers will support the Senior Office Administrator to answer phone calls when needed, help sort paperwork, smile and assist the Residents when they come to the counter and are lost, confused or just need a chat or cab called.

What you’ll be doing:

▪️ Assisting with basic office tasks, such as emailing and handling routine correspondence

▪️ Welcoming visitors and ensuring they have a positive experience when arriving at the service

▪️ Other basic administrative tasks as required to support staff

☑️ Requirements of this role include:

  • Volunteers should have a basic knowledge of excel and word and an eye for detail. They should have excellent English written and verbal skills and be able to communicate clearly.

No previous experience is needed and people of all ages 16+ are welcome to apply.
