Red Nose is seeking organised, friendly and community-minded volunteers to support our iconic Red Nose Day campaign. This role helps support the fundraising activities, customer enquiries and behind-the-scenes coordination that make the campaign possible each year.
Red Nose is a national charity working to save little lives through research and education, and to support families impacted by the death of a baby or child during pregnancy, infancy and early childhood. We are Australia’s leading authority on safe sleeping and safe pregnancy advice and have been a key provider of bereavement support following pregnancy, infant and child loss for over 40 years.
About the role
As a Red Nose Day Campaign Support Volunteer, you’ll help provide a positive experience for fundraisers, supporters and customers through phone, email and social media support.
Tasks may include:

responding to supporter and customer enquiries

assisting with phone, email and social media communications

helping answer questions about fundraising activities and merchandise orders

updating supporter information and campaign records
-
supporting general campaign administration and coordination activities
About you
We’re looking for volunteers who are:

organised and reliable
-
confident communicating by phone and email
-
friendly, professional and community-minded
-
comfortable using Microsoft Office programs including Outlook and Excel
-
confident using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
-
able to follow processes and complete tasks with attention to detail

Training and support
You’ll receive induction and onboarding support, including guidance, resources and ongoing support from the Fundraising team to help you feel confident in the role.
