Classroom Learning Support Volunteer Needed - Secondary

Make a Lasting Difference in a Young Person’s Life — Through Hands-On Learning
Do you have 1–2 hours a week to spare during school hours? We’re currently looking for volunteers to support students in trade-based classes such as sewing, woodwork, and cooking.
No teaching experience is needed—just a practical mindset, a steady hand, and a genuine interest in helping young people stay engaged in their education. Volunteers should be able to commit at least one hour per week for 12 months. This opportunity is ideal for those with the time and availability to make a meaningful, long-term difference.
We’re seeking grounded, mature individuals who are proficient in English, patient, compassionate, and enjoy working in hands-on environments.
Many of our volunteers describe the experience as deeply rewarding. Not only are you helping students gain practical skills and confidence, but you're also forming connections that can have a lasting impact—for them and for you.
If you have a nurturing nature and a heart for helping young people thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
