Team Leaders

The Team Leader, at Second Chances Op Shop, will be responsible for ensuring the store is opened and closed on time, ensuring the volunteers have tasks to complete, dealing with customers in person and over the phone, ensuring the store is presentable, completing supervisor reports at the end of the day, and ensuring the till is balanced and cash secured. This role will be supported by the Social Enterprises Manager and volunteers may be entitled to a small weekly volunteer allowance.

This role is split between 2 volunteers, 1 on Mon to Wed, and 1 for Thur to Sat.
