KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As the Equipment Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth operation of training sessions and match days by ensuring club equipment is well managed and ready for use.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe equipment shed at all times
  • Ensuring all club equipment (including goals, poles, flags, balls, and training gear) is stored correctly and easily accessible
  • Preparing and setting up equipment for weekend fixtures, ensuring everything is ready for Sunday games
  • Conducting regular checks of equipment condition and carrying out minor repairs where appropriate
  • Identifying and reporting any damaged, unsafe, or missing equipment requiring replacement or further action
  • Completing regular stocktakes and maintaining an up‑to‑date inventory of all club equipment
  • Proactively identifying equipment shortages and communicating these to the Junior Director in a timely manner

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, organised, and enjoys contributing behind the scenes to support players, coaches, and the wider club community. Reporting to the Junior Director
