• Welcome new members with heart — help people fill out their membership forms and create their member cards so they feel part of the community from day one. • Keep things ticking behind the scenes — support with simple data entry and help keep our digital and paper files organised and easy to find. • Be our friendly inbox helper — check and reply to emails in our shared inbox, making sure no message goes unanswered. • Help us reach more people — contact local schools and community groups to let them know how we can support their families.

Requirements

National Police Certificate

• No experience needed — just a kind heart and a willingness to help. • Basic computer skills — if you can navigate emails and simple data entry, you’re good to go. • A warm, welcoming nature — you'll be greeting people from all walks of life, including those who speak English as a second language or have experienced tough times like domestic violence. • Confident English skills — you’ll need to speak, read and write fluently to help with forms, emails and everyday communication. • Solid reading, writing and maths — just the everyday kind you’d use in a typical office or at home.
