Exciting new opportunities available for sales assistants for our Op shop store.We are looking for a team of vibrant and enthusiastic Volunteers to assist with the day to day running of the store covering a 7 day roster. Based in Caloundra, our Volunteer team will be responsible for selling pre-loved clothing, accessories, bric-a-brac and the like. In addition to providing excellent customer service you will assist with the daily operations of the store including stock processing, cash handling including EFTPOS, housekeeping and presentation of stock.
Our Volunteer Management team will assist the Retail Operations Manager in leading the team of volunteers, with responsibility for daily operations of the retail store. You must have the ability to work in a team, and maintain a safe workplace. Basic administration, retail or skills leading people would be an advantage.
We are looking for volunteers willing to undertake a variety of tasks with punctuality and reliability a must. This is a great opportunity to make new friends while gaining experience in a modern retail environment while working with the world’s largest leading independent Child Protection organisation..
