Join us at Northaven and help bring joy, connection and companionship to older adults in our care.

📅 When & How Often (we are flexible)

• Days: Any day - Monday to Sunday
• Times: Between 10am and 4pm
• Frequency: Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, even 1 to 2 hours can make a big difference!

💬 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll receive a full induction and ongoing support. Activities may include:

• Games and puzzles
• Coffee Club (serving tea/coffee)
• Group dining and conversation
• Gentle exercise and walking groups
• Bingo and entertainment
• Gardening Club
• Knitting & crocheting
• Carpet bowls
• One-on-one chats (Companion Volunteer)
• Fun theme days (e.g., Christmas, cultural celebrations)
• Or share your own ideas for fun and meaningful activities!

We’ll tailor your experience to your interests and comfort level.
