Capel Horse and Pony Club hosts a number of large and small events each year and our Event Setup Crew is a vital part of helping these events run smoothly. You'll be supporting event operations over competition weekends with general duties as needed.

What you may be helping with:

• Painting jumps, setting up dressage and show jump arenas
• Prepare grounds and arenas - mowing and whipper snipping
• Working in the canteen
• Assisting with scoring
• Assisting with event setup and pack-down.

Why this matters

You will be contributing to a safe, organised, and welcoming environment for competitors and spectators. Our Club hosts a number of large and small events each year, including major equestrian competitions that attract riders and visitors from across the region. You will help ensure these events run efficiently and provides a positive experience for participants, families, and the wider community.
