Caversham Wildlife Park

Advertised by City of Swan - Swan Volunteer Resource Centre

Caversham Wildlife Park is situated in the picturesque Swan Valley. The park has been a major and award-winning winning tourist attraction since 1988 and is currently home to over 200 species, around 2000 heads of animals.

As a Volunteer Involving Organisation, they are proud to provide opportunities for volunteers to work alongside thier incredible Animal Keeper team. This unique experience, unlike any found in Western Australia, allows volunteers to gain valuable insight into the day-to-day operations of a busy wildlife park while learning from passionate and experienced professionals.

Thier volunteers play an important supporting role within the park and are given the chance to be part of an environment focused on:

  • animal welfare
  • conservation
  • education
  • guest experience / tourism

No matter your background or experience level, we value enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude above all else.

Comprehensive training is provided to all volunteers and is delivered through a combination of self-guided learning and in-person support. Ongoing support and training is provided throughout your volunteer journey to help build confidence, knowledge, and skills within the role.
