Fundraising Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Have fun!
- Develop and implement a fundraising plan in line with the Club’s financial goals.
- Organise fundraising activities such as raffles, BBQs, canteen rosters, trivia nights, and community events.
- Coordinate fundraising initiatives with local schools, businesses, and community groups.
- Seek and manage donations of goods, services, and vouchers for fundraising activities.
- Promote fundraising activities to Club members, families, and the wider community.
- Work with the Sponsorship Coordinator to ensure activities complement sponsorship efforts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant fundraising regulations and permits.
- Track income and expenses from fundraising activities and report outcomes to the Committee.
- Recruit, roster, and support volunteers to assist with fundraising events.
- Acknowledge and thank supporters and contributors appropriately.
