Key Responsibilities

  • Have fun!
  • Develop and implement a fundraising plan in line with the Club’s financial goals.
  • Organise fundraising activities such as raffles, BBQs, canteen rosters, trivia nights, and community events.
  • Coordinate fundraising initiatives with local schools, businesses, and community groups.
  • Seek and manage donations of goods, services, and vouchers for fundraising activities.
  • Promote fundraising activities to Club members, families, and the wider community.
  • Work with the Sponsorship Coordinator to ensure activities complement sponsorship efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant fundraising regulations and permits.
  • Track income and expenses from fundraising activities and report outcomes to the Committee.
  • Recruit, roster, and support volunteers to assist with fundraising events.
  • Acknowledge and thank supporters and contributors appropriately.
