MS Plus is funded to provide a volunteer visiting program – the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS). Our volunteers play a vital role in the life of a person living in an aged care home or their own home through ongoing friendship.

You need to be warm, caring, reliable and be willing to commit to weekly connections/visits or at least fortnightly connections/visits for a minimum of 6months/ongoing. For this particular role, a current drivers license and fully comprehensive car insurance are required.

Good English communication skills are required , however volunteers with other languages willing to be matched to same language are very welcome to enquire.
