Anne currently lives in a group home in Mill Park and will be moving house within the Northern suburbs. Anne loves to shop, go to movies and to restaurants. She will be needing someone to show her these places in her new local area, help her to settle in, and ensure that Anne is happy and secure.
Anne doesn’t see her family frequently, so it is important for her to have a regular visitor to keep an eye on her to ensure that everything is running smoothly. Her niece visits when she can and keeps in email contact about her medical appointments with the house. A more regular visitor could pick up on any issues more quickly and ensure that her voice is heard within the house.
This role is flexible, and you can see Anne whenever you are both available. There is no minimum time you need to spend nor are there any set days and times. The main requirement is to get to know her and be there for her over the years, when she needs some extra input.
