Human Resources Coordinator (2 Positions)

About the Role
The Human Resources Manager at Latin Community Hub (LCH) is a volunteer role reporting to the Management Committee. This internal-facing role is shared across TWO (2) positions and involves developing and implementing policies and procedures across several Working Groups, managing overall Organisational development, and ensuring the right talent is available to perform in volunteering roles. Excellent communication skills are essential for engaging with the right audience, and to help promote LCH face-to-face and online activities. The role also involves collaboration with the Public Relations Officer, Chief Editor, Marketing Manager, and other team members to ensure the success of LCH’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
• Communication: Effective communication skills to clearly convey policies, procedures, and expectations to leaders and volunteers, as well as to listen to their concerns.
• Conflict Resolution: Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, able to understand different perspectives, negotiating, and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
• Develop Team Culture: Maintain close relationships with organisational Leaders to drive Team cohesion, tenure longevity, and satisfaction.
• Talent Acquisition and Management: Demonstrated experience in recruitment, training program design and delivery, employee motivation, and engagement are essential.
