We enjoy a very friendly, cooperative working culture, with live animal exhibits, information on living sustainably, plus an excellent tool shed and a steady supply of tea, coffee, biscuits, cake, other goodies, chat and celebratory Volunteer lunches.

DESCRIPTION general maintenance duties.

REQUIREMENTS Things you need to know: • We are required to meet the terms of our lease plus all legislated WorkSafe requirements. • The role requires previous trade skills, e.g. plumbing, woodworking, designing/re-designing, planning and input into projects through all phases. • Possible 5hrs a day, some jobs over two days or several weeks. • Preferably Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays. • We are open to the public from Thursdays to Sundays 9am to 3pm. We are hoping to attract a few volunteers to work as a team, and as with all things volunteering, we can negotiate.
